I brought my car to pettit racing for a rebuild and 500R install, here is the e-mail he shot off to me :


Moving along on your project, while installing the turbo the front runner
comes within less than 1/4" of plastic omp motor and that is after we used 3
gaskets to space it out, I don't think it will live very long under those
conditions. Another problem is that the oil drain line is at such an angle
that we couldn't get it connected, pic attached.

Does anyone know how to fix this, I know maybe Rich if your around maybe you can help out please, as you have the same turbo.
