egt readings?

egt readings?
I just installed a greddy EGT in my car and while cruising on the freeway it reads almost 700 degrees! I have the apex'i turbo kit, when i'm on boost it goes to 800 sometimes, does this seem a little high?

Mine reads about 640 in cold weather cruising 80 on the interstate.
