so i know the water ports are M14x1.5 but what is everyone doing?Banjo with Banjo Bolt ,Alloy metric to AN or S/S metric to AN then to hard line?also what size,AN6?
cheers.1st water cooled bearing housing and dont want to get it wrong.cheers

I used 3/8" stainless hard lines. Flared the ends to 37 degrees and used AN6 tube nuts & sleeves. The hard lines are ~ 6" long each, and I used a tubing bender to locate the end of each hard line near the water nipples on the water pump housing. Then I just used a short 3/8" rubber hose elbow to connect the two. Looks really clean, and it's easy to connect/disconnect. Plus, the only part of the circuit that's close to the hot turbine housing is the hardline, so no melting concerns.
On my previous car, I used AN6 braided hose and hose ends, then used an AN6 to hose barb adapter and a short length of rubber hose to connect to the nipples on the water pump housing. It worked... but it didn't look very clean.

I have one of these that I'm planning on using once I get my manifold:
Banjo 14mm Water Feed Fitting -6AN 17 degree- TREADSTONE PERFORMANCE
it should mitigate any space concerns on the manifold side of the turbo
the outer one is just a -6AN fitting to a 90* -6AN hose end

was going to post that link aswell. I run aeroflow fittings and they don't do a banjo with the slight offset in it like these guys. I don't have and space constraints so went with s/s metric to AN adapter then into hardline with flared collars and nuts.
