downpipe help!!

Does anyone know where I can get a downpipe for a third generation that will bolt up to a turbonetics T-70 turbo with a .96 a/r ratio on the turbine side for a reasonable price?

Depends on what manifold and placement of the turbo... Best bet is take it to a good custom speed shop.

if it gets to that I will make it myself, but its an hks header, and if I make my own, Ill need to know where I can get the stuff I need to make the T-bolt flange.
