Do I need an ecu?

I havn't installed these (being shipped now or have the parts in my garage) because I have yet to get the new fd, but will I need an ecu with the following modifications? M2 Downpipe, Apex N1 dual, Hks J-spec intake, Fluidyne radiator, Asi Ast.
