Dag Nammit....they stole my idea!

...after several six packs of Mickey's...I had this same idea...but probably not as well thought out....compressing compressed air...my idea used a supercharger and a turbo...I think...I can't really remember... :|

Lancia "stole your idea" 21 years ago. I'm sure it was "stolen" prior to that date, too.

Staged compression has been around at least since the 1930's, and variable inlet guide vanes have been around at least since the 1950's. Sorry to burst your beer bubble.

i thought of the side exhaust ports and zero overlap for a rotary engine all by myself

it just so happens that coincidentally, so did mazda.
