Thumbs up CYM goin to PFSupercars for new ported motor and A-Spec GT42Rinstall!

Sup guys. Im tired of playin around. This year at Imports vs. Domestic's the Supra's are gonna learn the hard way what a RX7 can do! Ray's gonna port me a motor and clearance it for high boost (30+psi) and install my GT42R kit from A-spec. With Ray tuning and porting me an engine, Im thinking 9's

BTW...Big thumbs up to A-Spec for hookin me up on the GT42R kit. Manifold and exhaust side will be ceramic coated and compressor polished.

BTW.
My Greddy T-88kit is still for sale. Had alot of bites, but seems to be all talk. First one with the cash gets it, now at $2000. Thats giving it away. 300miles on this kit total and max boost was 15psi.

I took my car to Ray to get the wiring finished and tuning done. He did such a great job with everything so I'll be going back anytime I need anything done to the 7, that I can't do myself.

I don't think MIR is doing import VS. domestic this year. The battle of the imports is on August 7th. Maybe that is what Ernie is thinking of. I looked at the events calendar and I didn't see the I vs D.

There wasn't a plenum to it so I didn't see the advantage. Im having a custom one built in the fall by Ross Machine. Same company that builds Bullish Racing's Solara manifold on their drag car.

Sure for $2000 and I'll send the rest for free! Besides, you'll need everything else. Its not the same. This is a T88H not a standard T88. Includes 4" dp, 60mm wastegate, manifold, and dump tube.

Alex,
I agree and thats why I sold the aftermarket one. No sense. As far as the custom one Im having made, there isn't anyone else out there, IMO, that will do a better job than Ross Machine. They flowbench test everything and their track record speaks for themselves. http://www.rossmachineracing.com/bullish.html

Ernie, just curious, how much power you are after... The last (and only) t-88 FD I have seen on a dyno did 670 at 25 psi, and fc did 550 at 20 psi.. Going for 10's 9's or 8's?...

The goal is 9's on turbo only. Anything over 640rwhp and I'd be happy. My car weighs 2640lbs without me in it and 2810 with me.

Depends if I sell the T88H kit. If not, then there's more of a chance if me being there as Ray will just be porting my motor and installing Methanol injection. Also depends on how long it takes for the GT42R kit to come in. Even if I don't sell my T88H kit, Im still getting the GT42R kit. JUST GOTTA HAVE IT!!

Full boost on Stock ports by 4600rpms. Ported motor should be sooner. Also Im running a full 4" exhaust. If your running a 3" exhaust that would create more back pressure spooling faster also.

Quick Reply: CYM goin to PFSupercars for new ported motor and A-Spec GT42Rinstall!
