Wow, that 12a with the motorbike tb's looks nice!, and just look at that dyno curve, torque doesnt even begin to fall off at the limiter, you need to give that engine more rpm's ;-). Well if you want too keep it simple and dont want to make over 350 I guess the na intake will work, and the butterfly valves arent really needed, but they do work. Where in europe are you?, I have a few s4 lim's with butterfly valves sitting that Im willing to donate, not sure if it fits an s5 though.
The tune you see was not done on the dyno, i have made it alone, also later i see that i have some setting rising the timing, next time i will have more time
to play with the advance, also fuel and changing the split.
One thing about the butterflyīs, they flow too much for this engine, with litle more than 60% is like the same with less, only in high revs it need the 100%.
The RPM was about 400rpm higher, that dyno didnīt show the correct engine speed, i have check the logs and rpm was higher, tolerance i think.
About leave it simple, yes, but only outside as you already know.

For some reason the link of some pictures on the first page have change and now instead of turbos, there is a guy working on a car,
that pictures are not mine, they link to cardomain also, but i think that the server have change the pictures name.
So if any moderator want, just erase the pictures out of context, cause i canīt edit it anymore.
