Bw - gt40r

I dont know much about BW turbos, other then the fact I can get one for half the price of a Garrett.
My Garrett choice was a GT40R. http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbob..._751470-22.htm
That one, with a 1.06 A/R.

What would be a close BW? Something within the ballpark size wise.
Reach the same power goals with about the same boost. ETC.
I have a buddy selling an S475. And he said it was a lot like his GT42 he had.

Like I said before. Im new to Borg Warners. But I see that a lot of people are running them and making good clean power without throwing out upwards of $1000 for a Garrett.

It will be going on a Bridged S5 motor. As a Track/Weekend car.

actually think the s366 or s300sx 91/79 would be a better match for the gt40r. I never ran them but some search has put these turbos in almost the same ball park

Think the 366 will make a clean 500wheel with 20psi on a bridged motor. With a little alky added to the mix?

actually if you are looking for 500-550 i suggest you check my thread in this section entitled "separating fiction from reality." specifically the BW turbo to be evaluated. it might just be the BW turbo you are looking for.
