hi everyone im gonna be buying my first fd tomorrow, but i have a problem...a big one, hopefully someone can help me...the car cant be smogged and i need to get it smogged or my credit union wont give me the money anyone have any ideas, im in orange county,ca pm me if u can help..thanx

single turbo conversion i believe t-70 and thats where the problem lies....any ideas cause cali emissions suk!!!!
