Building custom non divided manifold

I am having a custom manifold built for my non divided T04e turbo. This is what i was thinking. The waste gate pipe has not been added yet but
just wanted to get some ideas and see what you guys think of the design...

Should the manifold be divided or non divided to match up to my garrett T04e t4 flange?

Here is specs of rebuilt engine:

S/4 86 T2 ENGINE STREETPORTED
PINNEAPPLE RACING INTERNAL STAGE 3 OILING MODS
S/5 HOUSINGS S/4 T2 ROTORS

That looks just like our old manifolds. If the flange is non divided you can go either way you choose to. If the flange is divided your better off making the manifold divided. I'd personally run a divided manifold wether the turbo is divided or not.

Thanks... Here is some more info on turbo i have..
garrett t04e 60mm compressor 82mm turbine with p trim. .96 non divided hotside.

Now i can also swap on a 1.32 a/r divided hotside. Or should i stick with the .96 non divided?

Stick with the non divided .96, depending on port work it will be somewhat laggy. Definitely run a divided manifold.

I recently bought a ebay manifold (magan racing style) and with my V mount set up the ebay manifold places the turbo way to close to the radiator, plus the water neck on the engine is in the way of the turbo. Thats the whole reason for needing the custom manifold built.

Ive been doing some research and seems that the shorter the runners the better response. Will this manifold have good midrange and top range power? Or shud i have him make the manifold with longer runners?

I would think you would want the pipe to enter the flange straight on, instead of at an angle.

Last mani looks like the v-band HKS manifold, which will of course only work with a v-band turbine housing.

That's a T51 manifold, unless you have a T51 it wont work. You could cut it up but that would be wasting a nice manifold IMHO.

why would you recommend running a divided manifold on an undivided exhaust housing?

because it directs the exhaust flow better. If you run a non divided manifold with a non divided turbo then you will get slower spool times than a manifold that directs the exhaust flow acting like a dual scroll turbo. that and if you decide to go divided turbo then u might as well go divided, building a manifold is not easy in its self so do it right the first time.

i thought that there might be potential leaks at the inlet due to the division not being supported.
