Breaking in a turbo motor

Say you have a rebuilt 13b and you break it in 1500 miles N/A. 4000rpm max, no real heavy acceleration, etc. After the initial 1500 mile break in, you put a turbo on it. Do you have to break in the motor with the turbo on it? Or do you just slowly up the PSI every hundred miles or so?

If you've broken the engine in then you just run the turbo straight away, assuming you get it tuned after the turbo install.
