bosch 1600's question on bridgeport single.
im just finishing my bridgeport single up and im running a holset wH1E and running 550 and 1600 bosch injectors. im not running any boost now and im seeing close to 70 percent duty on the pfc with no boost. when are the secondaries supposed to come online because that seem way to high and im not even running boost yet.

there could be alot of problems, its hard to give any tips without more info.
At 70% duty, what kind of AFR's is the engine producing?
Whats the duty cycle at idle? And what RPM is it idlign at? what AFR's?
Whats the fuel pressure?
Who's tuning it?
EDIT: the question I was goign to add in this edit got asked below
Resistors??

im 17 to 19 percent at idle and yes im running 10 watt resistors. im idleing at around 1800 rpm. i was out driving around and it felt like is would hit fuel cut. Basically what im tring to ask is how can i tell if they are running because its a haul to tow it too my tuner and something be wrong with the injectors.

And at 19%ish whats the AFR?
A simple test would be to pull the fuel rail off the engine, keep the lines hooked up, hold the injectors into the rail temporairily, and crank the engine over squirting them into a cup. Just beware that you're spraying gas into an engine bay, obviously make sure any ignition sources are far away (spark plugs!!)
That'll let you know if one is hung up or not, for the primaries. Then I'd just swap plugs around (putting primary plugs on the secondary injectors) and do the same test. Won't tell you exactly how much they're flowing, but it'll let you know if they're stuck closed at least.
Also, fuel pressure?
