bnr stage 4 turbo question

I have a 6 port bridgeport that i want to turbo. Just wanted to know if the bnr stage 4 turbo will be ok. Not looking to make massive amounts of power. Or do i need a bigger turbo to run with it.

I know BNR ports it out, but the stock hotside is going to be a restriction on a bridgeport

for sure, i will.
its being pinned and 3mm next month so when he finishes it will be put on the dyno.
i want to post the numbers cause some people think they are not capable of any power and some think they are, most people do them with stock ports and only a few mods or low psi, i am gonna show what they can do with lots of mods and higher boost. now if it only hits 350rwhp then some people will be right but if i hit 420rwhp then it might surprise others but at least it will be an example that not many people have done or seen much so i cant wait to see the results, good or bad, low rwhp or high... then after that i can go with a nice big turbo

i will let you know soon
it will not ever give me the power i am wanting, but i also would really like to see it perform well, and if it gets over 380whp or even 400whp then that will say alot to alot of people.

I've been there and done that. Albiet I opted to not clip the turbine wheel or replace the turbine wheel with a p-trim. Exhaust backpressure grows very large in top end. Honestly you are wasting your time even trying it. Even on a 12A with a mild streetport the turbo is strangling the motor to death at 13psi and 7000rpm. Mark my words, you do genuinely NEED a divided p-trim rear with 0.84 or 1.0 rear housing.

Do not buy a T04E 60trim. Look at 60-1/p-trim with 1.0 or v-trim/p-trim with 0.84 (will be custom!)

as stated above many times, with a bridge port setup. You will boost creep crazy. And mating a external waste gate will help, but just the whole setup is not ideal.

( unless you get the turbo for dirt cheap ).

Best is go with a good cast mani and a tried and true ( for a cheap setup ) 60-1 setup with a bigger exhaust housing. 1.00 .

like that you will be able to rev and actually maintain boost to redline.

we will just have to see what it will do. like i said if it works well, then awesome for other bnr users or future bnr users, if it doesnt perform well then people will know that too but just cause one guy who think he tried it (all cars are different) well some people want more proof than one guy who claims to have done it, i will give video of it being dyno tuned, driven and numbers for all boost, afr, hp and tq. and hopefully it can be of help to anyone looking for answers whether they are positive or negative.

and Nick, dont worry, I plan on it. but i just wanna make sure everything is gonna be ok for some decent power, i dont want a big turbo just to run 9psi :-p

get a BW s475, costs about $600 and you'll need a forklift to carry it... T6 flange 5" exhaust outlet! to give you an idea.

At 9psi I would choose a stage 2 not a stage 4

Then you can inflate your bhp figures like he does.
