Big/Small E85 Exhaust problem overboosting

If any E85 tuners out there could share there experience on tuning with E85 it would be great.

Here is my problem.

Here is alittle overlook of the system.

Bridge Ported 13B-REW with a Garrett T04Z 1.15 exhaust housing. With a Tial 44mm. Pluming of the manifold is 48mm pipes. And 4" downpipe and straight out.

So the problem is as follows. When we get to 5500 rpm we can't hold the boost back at 0.9 bar. It goes up to 1.2 bar. And the boost controller is set to 0 so it should not let the boost go up.

The thing is also im seeing 1bar of boost at 3000 rpm with the turbo as it is now. Wich is quite high i think for this turbo.

Iv'e just orderd a second Tial 44mm WG and a 1.32 exhaust housing. Wich i hope will fix the problem and get the exhaust away.

But what do u guys think? Will it fix the problem or not? And what kind of exhaust trim does the new T04Z turbo's have?

Regards
Jan-Tore

looks like you are on the right track. the sencond wastegate will help and the 1.3 housing will also help.

You shold not have any problems after this.

Hope that helps
