Yea, SEARCH!
This is a pointless question with a million answers. T-88 is a nice kit from what I hear. I have seen a few t-78 kits, never driven one. Anyway the Greddy stuff all fits really nice on the cars I have seen. Do some reading though man seriously. This has all been discussed a million times.

posibly but you gonna need a new motor eventually any way ( if you havent replaced yours yet.) and you will need to up grade your apex seals, so you might as well get a ported engine. there not that bad on price range i paid 2100 for mine after i got 900 back from my core

Yes, 375 to the wheels is possible on a stock motor. There is a good number of people doing that on the forum.

Not true, you don't need to upgrade your apex seals to achieve 375-400RWHP or more for that matter. Erie was running 10s on a stock reman out of the box (with top notch tuning). I believe the majority elect to purchase new OEM Mazda seals if they are rebuilding their motor, or purchase a reman and port it.

i heard that 3mm seals dammage your housings much faster/easier. As far as porting that helps build boost quicker?

The 3mm deal is very debatable, some love them, some hate them. Porting will usually give you more topend power while sacrificing a little lowend power, but yes it can help with spooling up turbos.
