Balancing rotating assembly

This is sort of a silly question, but I just rebuilt my turbo and I want to have the rotating assembly balanced. Should I bring the complete CHRA with the turbine shaft, wheel and nut assembled and torqued to the correct specs then have the shop balance the assembly from there without the housings?

I'm not really sure what they need in order to do the balancing so anyone thats had this done, what did the shop require of you? And what is an average fee to expect to be charged?
