Average Life?

Hey guys. I know this is kind of a general question but I'm about to sell my MKIV TT and buy another RX7 TT. My question is if I have a new street ported motor with a smaller single turbo installed how long you think a motor like that would last? Power would be 360-400RWHP. This would be with a safe tune and I would only drive this car 5-7K miles a year. This would not be my daily driver, just take it out on nice days.

I just keep going back and forth if I should just get a FD with a LSx swap or build a single turbo ported rotary? I would be ok with 50-60K miles per rebuild on the rotary but if you guys that have singles are not lasting that long I will go with the LSx swap. I know this sounds like a dumb question but I need to hear it from some people that have gone through this already. Thanks for your help.

I've heard ppl say around 60K miles is the normal average..but i dunno if thats true. I guess its kinda hard to gauge like that, because ppl normally do crap and mess up the engine,,, so it does not neccessarily die from wear tear..not a natural death. So it may distort the figures
