You fabricate manifolds/downpipes and stuff right? How much would you want to set me up with a T04S, downpipe, manifold, wastegate, oil lines/restrictors for my 93 rx7 (mods listed below). I'm looking at XS engineerings kit but its overpriced by a lot. I'd want something similar to their kit, but perhaps a split manifold/turbo. I think they have 4" inlet and 2.5" outlet. they dynod a car at 477 hp at 1.1 bar with that kit. full boost by 3800 rpm. Can you do something that'd get me 450+ runnin safe fuel/timing with as fast or faster spoolup?

This Manifold is $1000 Aus (tunned length, steam pipe, split pulse)

This turbo is $2200 Aus (TO4S 600BHP TURBO)

Waste gate is $1250 Aus (HKS 45MM)

I do not make DP's, or do the oil lines etc...you or in Aus we get these "little" things done on a one of basis by local Hydralic suppliers.

The way my turbo is set up on a "huge" street ported engine it delivers 520bhp@8200rpm with full boost happening at around 7000rpm this is on a 1bar or 14.5psi setting.

Boost at revs below 4000rpm is just over 10psi... The way my turbo is set up is for power in the range of 6000rpm to 8800rpm you can examine my cars acceleration times in gear and top speed to see that this is not to peaky, it is a perfect match for the factory gearbox ratio's(it is faster than a Ferrari F40)
