Can the compressor and the exhaust housings be removed to. I would like to ceramic coat the exhaust and polish the compressor. It looks easy to do, but i am wondering if there is something I am not seeing.

Yes, it is very easy to get apart. In fact, the easiest way to install it is to bolt the turbine housing to the manifold first and then bolt the rest of the turbo to it.
