sence we are on the apex rx6,, why cant they be rebuilt????

APex refuses to make parts available in the US. But even more basic than that.....any ball bearing unit is functionally non-rebuildable since the most expensive part is the bb center section which includes the matched turbine shaft. So even if you can get the part, it is basically the same cost as a new unit. This is true of all bb turbos regardless of manufacturer.
