I started taking a look at this unit today and it looked great by what I read and saw. So, does anyone have any experiences, good or bad, with this turbo?

 

Overpriced BB Garrett T04R?

 

IDK, I just saw it today for the first time. I was looking for a turbo that could put out alot of power and it looked good by what I saw. Maybe I was wrong

What kind of power are you looking for? The T04Z kit is off the hook and very nice and I have no problems with spending money with HKS, but it a very expensive kit and you could probably get the power you are looking for for close to half the price with another kit or by piece together or making your own.

 

I have had a Garrett T04Z with a bigger rear Exhaust housing then the HKS version, its an awesome turbo with good spool, I made 450rwhp at 1.3 BAR on a conservative tune on a Ozzie Dyno Dynamics rolling road
