BNR stage 4 garret 60-1 compressor
13-15 lbs of boost on the street with 93
17-20 on the track with 20

Those Volvo intercoolers have been used in FC's before with good success (I assume good, since I've heard of dozens doing this, and no apparanty downsides to it).
It's definitely big enough to handle the amount of boost you want to run, and fits VERY nice into the front of the FC... looks factory when you get it in there. If you need pics of the install I have some.
The only thing that I wonder about this intercooler is how much of a pressure drop occurs.

Good price, does the job good, and installs nice, so why not?

THe only thing, I'm thinking is, if it mount either in front or behind the radiator, one of the those 2 are going to suffer cooling because they will block each others air coming through the front, I'd reccomend a starion, or enven 2 TII cores welded together....

Good point. I would mount it in front, and upgrade to an aftermarket radiator such as Fluindyne or Koyo.

Must be in front of radiator, or you will have an interheater.

but what about the radiator? I geuss it wouldn't be too bad, since the factory mounts the a/c condensor there....but with an electric fan you better make that ***** stay on alot!

i don't know, but if someone had one, i'd like to know if they would be interested in possibly trading for the large one that i have. i'm not sure if the large one will fit in the FD and i want to be sure

I think you could MAKE it fit in the FD, especially if the FD has an aftermarket front end piece. There would no doubt be some cutting involved ot fit it in though.
