AMount of fuel line (in feet) needed to run from top of bay door to rail?
I am doing the full stainless dual pump setup. The fd is approximately 14 feet nose to ***. Problem is, I can only buy line in the size of 10 or 20ft. I can't get 15ft, or 12ft, etc etc.
Is 10ft enough to make a pass? Or am I going to have to buy union adapters and fittings to tie extra line together?
I currently have steel line for the feed and return, and they utilize the stock hard lines. So they tie in right below the firewall. I figure I could get away with getting 20ft of -6 line, and use adapters, but i'd still need more than 10ft for the return since that stock return will be turned into a feed.
ANyway, if anyone has a good idea I would appreciate it.
Thanks,
-Darren-
**CORRECTION**
I can pickup 15ft if i use the aeroquip hose.
Right now, I am looking at the summit catalog and price out parts using all of the EARLS stuff.
Will the Earls AN fittings work with the Aeroquip hose? Or should i just do everything via aeroquip?
