Alternative to fuel kit? Cheaper?

I am in the process of purchasing a streetported t78 turbo fd that will need some fuel upgrades. Basically, it is going to need everything included in the RX7store.net Ultimate Fuel System kit for the FD.
What I was wondering is there any other options to take in purchasing these parts that would be lower in cost? I wasn't sure, but its possible that there is another company or person putting together kits that retain the same quality, yet cheaper. LET ME KNOW
Also, the car is coming with a " PF EFI PMS" as well as a Hks Evc boost controller. Anyone know what the Pf EFI PMS is? I cant seem to find it, or its ability to be taken past 14 psi once i get the new fuel system in.

YA, I still want quality but this is a buyers market and price can dictate where a customer would shop. Hence seeing where someone else would go to fuel a t78 setup.

The PF EFI is an ECU from Peter Farrell. It will not support an upgraded fuel system like the ultimate or Extreme kits. I would sell the PFS and get a Apex Power FC.

I suggest you find a good local tuner and see what system they're most familiar with wether it's power fc, microtech, or haltech.
