I never get injector dutys over 85 percent so i guess the walbro is doing just fine, but when i go to meth and more boost i too will be getting the supra pump.

What size housing? We are going to be running an hx35 with an 18.5cm. What do you figure it will put down for power at 15ish? Will it spool much faster and hold to redline (9000)?

Fully rebuilt, dynamically balanced LARGE street ported REW, TT pump, 850/1680cc KG fuel system, 3" intercooler piping with full 4" custom turbo back with dual synapse 40mm gates with this holset hx35 18.5cm externally gated housing.

Any idea?

Im running large SP, stock fuel rails but bigger lines. dual walbro's, A/W IC, meth, with all 3in IC piping that only totals like 23/4 feet all together. It's external gated but idk what size my housing is. I do have the good wheels though. im just hoping for something decent the turbos blowing oil. I think at 15psi you should be 420ish~ giver er take a few. i had this turbo already on somthing with stock motor, safc and bigger injectors and made 453.

apexFD with your setup which is very similar to mine that turbine is going to be on the small side because of the large streetport. Sure it could work but it could choke at high rpm and create a *** load of heat. i would search for something just a tad bigger in T4 frame.

That will definatly keep the EGTs down but i still think with the port your running its gonna choke up on you.

HX35 is really small for a large street ported REW...That's still T3 footprint right? You should move up to a holset HX40...I'm willing to bet you'll have great response and plenty of power to redline.
I'm going to be running the HX40 with a 19cm^2 hotside on an average streetported S4 13b...shooting for 400-450 rwhp @ 21 psi

We had a hard time finding an HX40 in decent shape, I wanted to get one because of the T4 footprint, but we are going to go with the HX35 for a while. We were looking for 400-450rwhp with good boost response. Will the torque be low with this turbo?

I will report back and let you know how it went.

It seemed like I saw new hx40s on eBay for like $300, what's the deal with that? That's what I was looking at getting... Yay? Nay? Has anyone seen the hx40 on a 6 port turbo set up? I'm about to build my s4 and do a 6 port turbo set up, with 750p's and 1600s'... Any thoughts??

Better make sure it's not a counterfeit. There are a lot out there. Got my rebuilt Hx40 for $536 shipped from GoldFarb. He's an ebay vendor I believe that sells used/new/refurb's for fairly cheap.

Idk about the 6 port turbo setup, but my S4 streetported TII saw 12 psi by 3800 rpm.
