All four plugs fire together?!

I have a '90 Turbo II engine running a Haltech E6A and 3 MSD 6AL's. The car was running fine but due to a boost problem the motor popped. I rebuilt the engine and got it running again but it would detonate under load. I tried retarding the timing, adding fuel, used higher octane fuel but it would still ping. I figured I would go back and check over everything. I checked the timing on L1 L2 they were dead on. I checked T1 and T2 and they were both firing at the same time( near TDC for rotor 1). I'm guessing that this is the problem as T2 is firing into the next stroke. I'm looking for any ideas why this could be happening. I'm running the same setup as before. Any ideas would be a big help.

On the stock ignition configuration: if you're running an E6K, the AUX OUT should be set to "ign toggle". If it's not set to that, it will induce the problem you're experiencing.

Thanks for the reply but that doesn't seem to be the problem.
