would 2 tdo5 7cm^2 exhaust housings be to small for a 2nd gen engine wanting to produce 400hp+?

how would 2 10cm tdo6 housings go?

the front housings are enough to support 300hp each.

 

Twin TD05 (14B trim I think) make 500hp to the wheels on Japan cars.

I have the 18G compressor wheel/housing. as far as i know, the 18G explains compressor side, and the TD05/6/7/8 expalins turbine side.

the exhaust side i am worried about, the housings are small. the turbine wheels seem alright
