Appreciate that. Any idea where you can source the lights and smoked lens covers? Thx again!

What ignition setup?
|
Wow this is impressive. I have the same question on ignition.
I love the wheels also, Specs? |
Stock coils with twin power I am pretty positive. Great result guys!
|
This particular run was with stock coils and a HKS DLI. We have quite a few dyno runs also with the Sakebomb Ignition setup that produced numbers close to this run.

We occasionally will get a used set in stock! The owner of this car had us smoke his lenses for that look. But I am not certain where to look for them as far as a new set goes.

What kind of fuel you were using? What psi level did you get this horse power? Any Water injection? If possible may I know what fittings were used to connect the two bosh to the CJ rail inside the tank? I had a lot of difficulty finding a viable installation.
Impressive work! Thank you! |

Impressive work! Thank you! If I remember correctly they were Male-Male -6AN Fittings with stainless lines. |
Small update on the car. We decided to dial the car down for everyday street use so It was more practical on the wallet. So we filled up the Devilsown Methanol Tank and strapped it to the rollers. The car put down 612whp@26.8PSI and we decided to leave it at that.
This winter the car will be going under the knife again to push for more power and hopefully be done in time for TX2k15 in Houston. :) http://i1292.photobucket.com/albums/...ps6d7c048a.jpg |
Had to dial her down to only 600hp, y'know...

When IT was dialed down did you go back to pump gas 91? Also what is the exaust manifold used and is it a 4 inch down pipe? Did you also use an excessive LIM? I am realy curiius to know how you guys managed to move the air through the engine and not get stuck at a certain boost level because you are limited by the intake or exaust manifold
Thank you for taking the time to answer |
Sorry I just saw the part you are using an excessive LIM, but is the throttle body stock?
Thank you again |

Good work guys. How much Meth you guys using?

We use the Devilsown Brew that they sell. I do believe it is 50/50
|
How much WM is being injected ? (cc/min)

Add two more ID2000's and run E85 or E98 and you'll make more torque, run a lot cooler intake charge temps, and make about 20% more power. Also run a street port/ semi pport. You'll make another 100whp and the engine will live longer as the air hits the apex seal and helps cool it. With a street port your power is very peaky and narrow. With a semi pport your powerband carries throughout.

|
I will have to look back at the dyno graphs!

Yeah we are looking into that! Hoping to squeeze some more power out of it to prepare for TX2k15.

That is what we are hoping for! |
We were not able to get it finished before TX2k. But the engine is out and going under the knife! We are hoping within the next month or so to break 900whp once complete. Stay tuned

This makes me smile...... on a street port to boot :nod:
got to love that whistle... |

151mph.....Its not as hard to make that much power as it is to keep it together making that much power. If you make 900whp on any other fuel but meth it wont stay together long at all. Don't care how its built, unless its a 20B, then you only stress everything half as much.
ive done 700rwhp on 93 octane fuel and it held together for many years. I "Think" i can do 900 on E85. I might try that one day when i can find a suitable street turbo to do it. |
...amazing. When I first bought my FD back in 2000, people were discussing how to break 400 RWHP. Only one or two had topped 500. Absolutely incredible, and to even remotely suggest that this kind of power can be made reliably (i.e., and engine staying together a year or more), again, shows just how far technology has taken things!
|
Beautiful!!
what color is it ? I mean what paint code love the wheels, what wheels sizes and offset are you running? Great job, respect

MILOS7- Thank you. I will have to check with the owner and see what the specs on the wheels and paint code are. It has been awhile since we painted it
Update-The car is being completely redone at the moment. A lot of new changes and upgrades are in the works. It has been down for a few months waiting on a few parts to be made but we are hoping to have it finished up within the next month. Here is a quick run down of what we changed. -Haltech Elite 2500 -ProJay Intake Manifold -1/2"Stud Kit all the way through -Side Clearanced and Balanced Rotors -E&J Seals -Semi PP-Bridge Port -Flex Fuel and E-85 Attachment 621961 |
Nice work, keep it up!

^^Whats the most power ever generated from a 13B? Over 1000? I see you're studding it, so that should help hold things steady. Is plate face cracking a concern at all with these power levels?
