700whp+ 13brew gtx4202r

Wanted to share a recent dyno tune. We were able to make some hp.
weather air temp was about 98F hot, the fuel temp defintely hot as well. E70 70% ehanol, and 91 mix.
Relatively same overall setup as my fc drift car except the motor is oversized studded, balanced, side cut by my friend Vince Brock Vbrotorsport.
Same small half bridge, close to the same turbo size i run(gt45) but gt42 is slightly smaller, same fd rotors. Adaptronic ecu with 3 stage fuel injection 6 injectors.
50-60+ pulls , about 4 pulls consecutively, then cool down, make adjustments , check logs, pull again, then refill.

Was tuning 550whp at 13-15psi, 600whp on low boost 20psi, consistent 640-650whp at 25psi, 700+at 27-29psi, 34-35psi unkown hp, vacuum lines and caps kept popping off after 30psi every pull even zipties clamping the silicone hoses, estimating about 750-800whp at redline if 35psi.
Going to weld the vacuum nipples next time.

Only sheet I can find on my phone, this was a baseline pull I did earlier in the day. Look to the left side of the screen and you can see how many pulls I did lol
Evevntually I was making 700+whp at the same boost! Torque moves hp, Im always constantly tuning more torque curve, and peak hp to be at revlimit. In this case 8200 rpm is the revlimiter. Next time I want to try 9000, more boost, and weld the damn vacuum nipples shut. Those things will pop off no matter what at 30+psi otherwise I would have a much higher hp

Yes the lim is for semip and non semi p. The semi one here is for my other engine semi p bridge gt45 t6 I'm putting together that I will be shooting for high hp. I sell the lower intake manifolds at my shop, they also include the fuel rail which holds up to 6 injectors and add two on the center iron you can hold up to 8.

LOL, pretty obvious. No one would ever randomly choose that color scheme. Any rotary fan knows those are the most legendary colors to ever grace a rotary race car.

I did not mean for my post to be condescending but now that I read it, it does come off that way

What manifold runner size and turbine housing do you have? Building a similiarish car and not sure what housing to use.

some fantastic numbers! FD trans and rear?

just JB weld or silicone the vacuum nipples on. Too close to flange to weld with aluminum and may leak if you want to weld the steel since it's pressed on.

I think Swagelok makes little mini metric swage on SS fittings in their high Torr ultra Torr series for high vacuum industrial fittings if you want to get really fancy with the vacuum lines.

I cleaned the nipples with alcohol and put Gask-a-cinch on the nipples and let it dry before I put the hoses on and then zip tied them. I was only running 26psi though.
