Ok so to give you some clairification,,,Your math is correct if you are using (1/(rpm/60)*1000) however the effective intake stroke is only 270 degrees.

Of course that can very with intake duration changes....

Looks like a Delphi injector. Let us know how they work out. I've never seen anything bad come from Yaw.

I was wondering, the injectors say they respond well to higher fuel pressure. What fuel pressure were these injectors dynoed at getting their 600, 680, 780, and 1000 cc/min ratings?

Thanks

Good luck with your setup.

I run 4x1680cc and had a lot of fuel left at 600HP on a GT42. Car idles good at 800@1.3ms, secondaries are staged 100% at 5 psi. no issues with transition.

If I had the GZ manifold, I would go with the setup Jodeny mentioned.

These were taken on Thursday, the date is not set right on my camera. The primary rail will have a one piece stanchion instead of the stacked one. The hardware will all be the same as well. The injectors shown are Bosch 1600's, they were the only ones I had on hand.

BTW. This kit will allow 6 injector setups to be a bolt on affair. Of course you will have to run the GZ LIM.

Here are the teaser pics.

Special thanks to Kai for letting me use his GZ manifold for testing.

Wow that is beautiful. How much does it cost to have special rails made like that? I am still unsure if there are adapters, or what for the yaw power injectors to fit in a 13b-RE. Not sure if I can use the s4 t2 fuel rails with the little adapter shown in the pictures, or if I will have to have something custom made like yours.

Thank you for sharing!

Unfortunatly I cant answer this question about the 13B-RE, as the kit I make is for the REW.

They are all different sized injectors ran at standard 3 bar (43.5psi) fuel pressure. I have been out of town for the past couple weeks, but will check this thread to see if anybody has any questions.

Thanks,
Aaron

The turbo will be a gt45r with a 1.44 housing. Got an email from Paul with a dyno sheet on my injectors, From the looks off it, these babys are going to flow and work nice with my set up .

Will have some more update pics soon.

Thanks Glen

The reason behind seling the twin pump set up, I went with a belt driven Aeromotive fuel pump rated at 2000hp. Also it does not draw amps from my alt .

Will have more updates pics soon...

I'm in... 1000cc Yaw Power primary injectors to flow before a couple of gushing 1600s.

FWIW, loooks like I'll need to transition around 2.5 and 3.0ms to pickup the secondaries on their flow curves "sweetspot."

Tried all week (though I only left one message) to get a hold of CJ Motorsports with no-joy. Guess I'll just need to "roll my own" custom primary rail to fit the shorter injectors.

Bite my tongue... sent OORX7 a PM and got a reply within a couple hours. Still not positive if it'll work out due to my tight timelines, but we're working on it together.... I can't ask for any better service.
