Depends on your fuel rails, lines and injectors. There's no such thing as too much fuel.

Although, for 400hp, -6an is fine.

are you using 1 or 2 pumps? If you're using 1, -8 would probably be better....2 pumps -6 will work...

Speaking of fuel systems, what kind of fuel filter is recomended? I see Sokudo runs that Earls filter but that is only rated to 30micron, is that enough? The $70 aeromotive filter says it goes down to 10micron. I guess what is the size mesh screen in the fuel injectors themselfs? Probably want to get a filter that has a micron rating at least smaller than that.

Has -8 ports but I'm going to run -6 line. Does anyone know what these type of fuel filters are rated in microns?

Think you got that backwards. If you have 2 pumps running at once that means to have the same pressure drop (or lack of) you need a line 25% larger in ø .

sokudo, thats one hell of a spider web you have there of fuel lines Why soo many lines/manifolds?

Same question. I suppose you are running a "Y" fitting feeding the two fuel rails, they join together, and then a return coming from the rail? Are you running a surge tank where your spare goes?

I does look a little complicated - but if it works...

yes the pump is mounted solid. i welded bolts directly to the floor pan and used some rubber fuel line for spacers to reduce vibration. it is pretty quit for its size. as far as the system its self i am running the stock pump into the surge tank and the aeromotive out (-8) to a half inch solid line under the car to the first log which splits out to all 3 set of injectors sepratly (-6) then returns to the other log and to the regulator and back to the surge and out of the surge tank back into the factory tank. its not realy that complex i just wanted to weld.

t66@20 psi is going to put you closer to 500rwhp. It never hurts to have have too much fuel there.

Well, the setup I was going to use was to have two fuel pumps into the stock fuel feed AND return lines going towards the front of the car. Then at the front, run one to the primary, and the other to the secondary, ...out of both fuel rails "Y" together into the fuel pressure regulator and then -6 steel braided hose back to the tank, where I tap my own return line into the top of the fuel pump assembly.

Iīll PAY YOU !!

Iīll Pay You !
I thought Iīd start my own post as this is also a reply in another, hopefully someone will see this and decide to help out the poor little Trini wayy to heck down in the Caribbean

I have a T51 R Kai ..but itīs still in the box because I am having some trouble finding a fuel system. Iīm from Trinidad and itīs a little difficult finding stuff ..so I usually buy in the US.

I need to do the fuel system from top to bottom but I donīt know what size fuel lines I need. I would like to run 2 big Bosch pumps with separate fuel lines from a surge tank in the back with the cosmo pump inside the tank (overkill ? ..I think so..but no worries), rail and either 2 x 850, 2 x 1600 or 4 x 1600 ccīs injectors.

1) What length & size steel braided lines do I need? Where to get them ?

2) What Aeroquip connections/fittings do I need for the above set up ..to put it all together ??? Where to get them ? ..Wish someone could help me out and make a shopping list for me to just print out and hand over to the guy on the other side of the counter to fill out like a prescription ..hint hint

3) Exactly which of the millions of Bosch fuel pumps is the right one to buy ? I bought one of those Cosmo pumps and itīs still in the box īcause itīs going to be too small for my application (feeding the 1600 ccīs ).

Which Bosch pump do I need ? Place and Part Numbers anyone ? Where to buy it ? Iīve asked this question before I lost the links ..doh !

4) I have a SX regulator so thatīll work, but should I buy a primary and secondary fuel rail from Ari, SR Motorsport, K2RD ??? ..the fittings in the above question #1 need to be able to connect to these same rails.

Arggg... I hate not having any help.

OK, hereīs the deal, I someone can fill out this shopping list, get everything so that all I have to do is bolt it up in the damn car.. I will frickinīpay you !!!
