4.5" vband on a 4.62" housing

I have a HX52 turbo. the Vband exhaust exit is an odd number. It measures around 4.62". If I had a 4.5" vband downpipe with a clamp that can work up to 4.63", am I able to center the downpipe on the turbo and have the clamp work properly? I really would prefer not to have to have my turbo machined down.

I doubt that would work or seal properly. Holsets have their own hardware which makes things a real pita. I ran into same issue with my holset exhaust housing which I found a diesel performance shop (locally) that had a holset vband clamp and holset SS flange. The shop didn't list the parts on their website but I gave them a ring anyways. Here's their website http://www.gillettdiesel.com.
