38mm hks wastegate Q

Okay atm I have a 38mm hks wastegate and i'm running 0.9bar my setup is: T04X2, streetport 850s/1600s 3" exhaust. I see no boost creep in forth gear just occasionaly ill hit my memory on my profec and i boosted .04 over what i intened to do but that happens not at the end of the gear but as the wastegate is opening. Now my Question is if i change the spring in it so i can run higher boost... on race gas(100 octane) is the 38mm too small of an opening for the hp that I might make? more chance to boost creep. I have read a few threads which confused the **** out of me since soooo many people say different things. And I couldnt find a thread about running higher boost on a wastegate of 38mm. Any help is appreciated.

I can't see why you would have a problem. More boost means less exhaust thru the wastegate

Okay i've read this before as well but what i'm thinking is:

(I know this might be confusing but try and picture)

If i'm making (atm) 400hp on 0.9bar its dumping 0.9bar of exhaust out the wastegate. So if i increase the boost to 1.5bar and i make 500hp wouldn't it be trying to dump 1.5 bar of exhaust out the wastegate now(talking about WOT) I understand that i need to dump less to produce 1.5 but once at WOT with Full OPEN wastegate isn't it trying to push more exhaust out of the wastegate now ?? compared to 0.9bar

I never took Physics in High School, but to me it seems like you need more exhaust going thru the turbo to produce this extra boost, and less thru the wastegate.
