2nd gen hard to start(help)

building a 2nd gen t2 new engine runs excellent but hard to start know I need to get rid of airflow meter anything I can do until I get my haltech anybody know someone with a haltech to sell.

Is your starter up to par. what have you done? please be a little more specific.

hard start

engine has been rebuilt runs perfect when running has secondary fuel injectors an original air flow I've been told that it just needs an upraded ecm
