Sorry to hear that Mike I hope all goes well for you in the future, I understand what you mean about how one wants people to percieve them. I can tell everybody that the shops (sevenspeed) work was very good. But without you Mike I would caution people about using them. The name may stay with george but the workethic and knowledge will leave with you. I heard about the purple car, that was morally wrong on georges part. I can not believe that while you were on vacation he took an asset of the shops and put it in his own name to benefit himself. It just will not be the same at the track with out seeing you driving the purple car putting down those big numbers showing what you can do to make a rotary sing and on 19's for that matter. I wish you good luck in the future and hope all works out for you.

Good question Mike, george probably cried to Jason to remove all the posts about him because he can not handle the truth, but the truth needs to be written and this is just the begining. Oh just so everybody knows that great 2nd Gen that george claimed he built and you have seen him post over and over about, was built by Racingbeat for Dave Fong. george even used their fuel maps. He had it shipped in from Ca. complete with tech 2 ready to drop in. That is the only time the car actually ran half decent as soon as george started to tweak the maps he blew it up. So please do not believe that he is capable of doing the stuff he describes in this thread because he is not. That poll at the begining of this thread is a joke. It will blow up if it ever gets together and it won't ever get back together because he can not. Where are all the pics and sound clips he promised on this thread. That car has not moved since he blew it up a year ago and probably won't again.

you mean the car or engine?
I have videos and sound clips of the car running, along with pictures of the ports.
And george has owned that car since the early/mid 90s.

And what posts about him? The only bad posts about him where from a couple of morons who joined this forum just to rag on George.

Mike, sucks to hear about the shop closing, but it sounds like it might just be for the best.

And whats with everyone attacking George?
Only thing bad about Sevenspeed (including George) on this forum before this week was some kid who went offroading in his FD, messed up the oil lines to his turbo, and let his friends screw with his Power FC. So it ended up being all that kids fault.

I just want out of this mess. Yes the only bad thing was his turbo failed due to remanufacturer problem with the exhaust housings. It wasn't his fault or ours, it was totally on the rebuilder. As I said before I just want to get on with my life. I think that we should all just do that and forget about the past and all the **** that is coming out on this forum.

Node. The second gen, that was its first turbo motor and the set up that he pretty much ran in it untill the end. Prior to that he had a bunch of stereo equipment and he used to lock the steering wheel and make it drive in circles by remote control. Yes he did blow it up 2 maybe three times from overboosting. He did fix it but it was never right or reliable after he messed with the basic setup that is why it is not running today he scattered it at the track. I was there, the only time it ran right is when it first went in out of the crate with the maps and the tech 2 that came with it. In fact I believe the car that that the motor was originally in was on racingbeats catalog.
To answer you question about why everybody is ragging george is because he brought it upon himself. He has done some very bad things to many people over the last year and a half and has alot of people very mad at him. Why you guys in the club have not heard about it is because out of respect for mike and the well being of his shop, also at a loss to the shop the problems were fixed, but now that is all over and there is no reason to keep silent anymore. Did you read Mikes post why do you think it is ending?
I could go into details and everybody would be in awe but that does not solve anything, the point is that everybody needs to know that the knowledge and ethics will be leaving sevenspeed when Mike moves on, it is a shame that it had to end this way but it is the best for both. The sad part is that a bunch of hardworking people are losing there job because of georges ego and bad business ethics. I hope this answers you questions. The funny part about this is that nothing posted in this thread is a lie it is all true even the deleted posts that were up here a few days ago. I agree some of them could of been more tactful but it was all true. Are we not intitled to the truth?

Hey node, get the story right before you start to attack me! Offroading?? My girlfriend has a dirt driveway, that is where the dirt came from. My oil lines were not messed up, it was in fact the turbos, which were sent out by sevenspeed again for a rebuild, which was great of them to do! Also, I am 20, so I'm not just some stupid kid. I just found out today that they are closing and I think it sucks. The PFC getting messed up... That is true. I was putting a wiring harness in my friend's Prelude and he had some friends over. I left the keys in my car. I looked up and noticed one of them in my car holding the controller. I ran over and before I could get it off of him, he reset it. I am really sorry to hear about sevenspeed's closing. Also, George and Mike, I am sorry for any troubles I caused by my posting a few months back.

Yeah right how did they do that. That is even a bad excuse for george. He just does not want to face the questions, he should of least responded even if he had to create another name to do so. I would defend myself if I could at all costs if I were him, sounds a little fishy to me.
