RallyCross FB - Pics

These are from a race last weekend. It's my car ('82, mostly stock, gutted), but due to a death in the family, I missed the race. I'll be out on the track this weekend to make some runs, and hopefully get some video.

This is a guy who's codriving with me, and giving me a hand with some of the labor, as well as heated garage space to work on it over the winter.

Going into a corner...

Spinning in that corner (it's got a welded diff, and it was a bit icy )

My favorite shot:

We'll class pretty much anything that shows up, as long as it passes a tech inspection. They're SCCA sanctioned events, so a lot of the same rules that apply to autocross apply. The only thing we do to limit cars is we do not allow high center of gravity vehicles (unless you have special permission...), because they have a tendency to roll over. The next one is in about a month, and we run straight through until November.

Edit : Oh yeah, and it's in Leicester, NY. About 30 minutes South of Rochester.

Send me a private email at mike@turbometrics.com

The only issue would be the high center of gravity thing. If you have race experience, it probably won't be a problem.
