Siguel will be racing his RX7... looking to challenge Abel Ibarra current record and set a new world record.

1st pass for Siguel FD... 7.83 @ 156 MPH w direction problems

 

Correction siguel racing and major league both broke on there first pases, siguel oiled the track down from eigth mile all the way to the end and major league broke after the 60ft mark, this was yesterday August 2 2006.

Said that Siguel broke the transmission.... and Major League made two passes.... both 60ft 1.09 and 1.07.... with "tire shake" problems.

 

I had a very interesting conversation today with someone in PR.... He's trying to get Siguel to bring the Rx7 to Etown in October for the last big event of the year... I guess we'll know for sure as the time gets closer, so keep those fingers (or legs)crossed
BTW this event is supposed to end the year off with a bang... Guess time will tell

Looks like Abel's not the only one breaking alot of parts huh Aaron?

 

^ Grasshopper what do you mean??? From what I understand, the car was put on the side because of the 13b program..... The last few years the 13B 3/4 chassis class has been very hot, so I guess all the time & effort was put into cars like Anais & Nayelis... The 20b cars in Australia are setting the pace right now with their consistancy and low ET so maybe the PR boys wanna join in the fun.... Even though Flaco holds the 20b record, PAC performance has proven their reliability and consistancy time and time again... I have a very good feeling that Flaco ET record will get smashed in '09, but I guess we'll have to wait to see... His 209 is a tall order to beat, but a few years ago we thought a 6.99 was impossible with a 13b and we all knew how that turned out

 

guys dont count me out i have been in the lab with a pen and a pad. the record is getting broken in 08 and its going to be by me. as far as pac yeah hes reliable look at the power hes making and hes using a billet thick center housing made by turbosmart bet you didnt know that hes had it for a year now. funny how dumb i must be havent raced in years and know one has come close.
