I'll be driving up there on my way to NY from FL. I dont know any directions or anything. If its on my way, (taking I95 north) I would be happy to meet a couple northern forum guys. Sorry I wont be in the FD Ill be in my Mazda 3 tho

Here’s my plan

8:30 am leave my house

8:45 Meet group @ JPR imports (may or may not, waiting to talk to Jim to see what time their meeting)

9:05 meet @ Wyndam Hotel

9:20 Leave Hotel and head to exit 5

9:45 Meet DE, MD, VA caravan @ exit 5

Go to Rotor Fest

Chances are some people will be running late so I’m going to try to stick to this schedule so if you going to be late to one location you can jump ahead to the next. Now I realize after we meet up were all going to want to BS so im figuring above times are departure times, this way the quicker we get to each stop the longer the bs time

I PM'd you the directions to my house (which is right on your way to rotorfest, and im 1 mi from the exit)

Coming from shore points on ac exp, take exit 38 (think its marked Sicklerville) make a right @ light at the end of off ramp. Then make a left @ Exxon gas station ( about 200 feet from light) take the windy road about 1.25 miles. You will pass tamberlane apartments on your left, (400) feet from tamberlane you will see a neighborhood on the right. The street is Jackson lane, I’m the first house on your left

Only for a minute, I spoke to Jim and he said there are 4-5 cars meeting up at his shop around 9am, so it looks like the plan should work. So we “should” be about 10 cars deep @ the wyndam, then meet up with all the active people from southern states.

 

alright well i'll come up to the wyndam and i guess we'll all go to the home depot parking lot off exit 5 to meet up with the va/md/de caravan.

are they def stopping off of exit 5, if they do the 295 exit is right there... so it sounds like the way to go

Jim said Jehan (fourtyounce) has a quite a few people meeting @ englishtown, dont think thats on our way but ill see if i can get a hold of him tomorow to see what their plans are

 

well im meetin up with good ol' bacon bits it seems if he comes on aim and talks to me tonight or tommorrow lol. I'm driving my 10th anni rx7 there only problem with it is boost creep around 5k but I just control the boost with my gas pedal...

Great ride up guys, to bad those guys from the “other states” drive like my grand ma, thanks to the few who found the gas on 295, for all the single turbo fd’s you think our average speed would have been over 65mph

Owell it was fun being 40 deep

 

yeah the ride there was def fun - the 100 times we pulled on the shoulder, oh well i thought it was funny... our caravan was nice... we should have anothe meet/get together the end of the summer... BBQ, party, pool at my house !!!
