I think someone had bought this kit, don't quote me on this, I believe its all eBay (Chinese manufacture product/ knock off) from the turbo, downpipe, manifold to the wastegate. I can tell you it is not a Garrett GT35R.

 

Scam... we all know to be careful and stay away from this things on ebay, unless you want to experiment and waste money. I would not buy something critical for my car like that on ebay from anybody.

 

$1600 turbo if its genuine with a Chinese manifold, wastegate, etc. They can work but usually crack after a short period of time and have difficulty controlling boost. The wastegate will fail eventually. The seller is also super shady and has been selling ebay garbage for over a decade. Buy a quality kit from one of the reputable vendors here. If you want to save money buy the turbo manifold and downpipe, and piece the lines and fittings yourself.

 

I figured it was too cheap. I was curious how many here knew about it or if it even worked.

I'm in the market for a single or BNR stage 3's, but I keep hearing mixed results on the Hybrid twins. I'm looking for 450 rwhp. I already have a bigger fuel pump and 2200 secondaries and the rail installed, I really like the GT35R or GT40.

Anyone have a single kit they'd sell that's in great shape, I'm game.

 

I can't believe this guy is still around. I met him in person when I lived in Texas many years ago and back then he was selling this crap. I can get you a deal on the BNRs. We have done 456whp @ 22lbs with them but that was higher than I would normally push them. You want at least a GT40 but I'm not a huge fan of the spool vs power of that turbo on a rotary. My EFR 3874 kit would be perfect. If you want something more budget oriented I can build a S362 SXE kit for you. Either way feel free to contact me with any questions.

 

If I'm not mistaken you can get a Turblown BW kit for not too much more than that. It won't be a EFR single but still a quality setup.

 

I can do a borg warner sxe kit for just over 3k. This is a full kit with stainless steel equal length manifold with a lifetime warranty, stainless downpipe, genuine bw turbo, genuine tial mvr wastegate, dump tube, all lines, fittings, gaskets, hardware, and heat shielding.

I'm looking for 400rwhp 93 pump gas without AI. That probably means 15-16 psi for low Egts.

Will this kit deliver that? I have a fresh pettit street port balanced motor and already have the fuel system upgraded and all support mods installed.

I'm looking for a single kit right now.

Get the sxe kit. It will give you those 400whp at about 15-17 psi, but i would recomend wi above 13 psi.

 

SXE would be preferable. I offer that as well.
