RE-Speed : Front Adjustable Control Arm
Hey Guys,
So I'm about done designing these arms and seeing if there's a group buy interest for them. The arms will be made out of 4130 Chromoly Tubing, using 1/2" spherical bearings and rod ends. Camber is adjusted via the threaded sleeve (the nut pointing towards the outside of the car), so there's no need to disconnect it like other designs out there to try and adjust camber. Just loosen the jam jut on the opposing side, turn the threaded sleeve to right camber setting, tighten the jam nut, and its all set.
Normal price will most likely be 720$ for the pair, if we can get 10 people signed up and send a deposit of 1/2 the amount we can bring it down to 650$ for the pair.
Here's a couple 3D rendering of them:

That is cheaper than the competitors who's priced anywhere from 800-1000$. Those are still guesstimates, once we do the first set and figure out time and actual material cost it might be a bit cheaper, but I don't for see it being alot lower than the prices I've listed above.
Here's a couple more shots of them with the rod ends and proper spacers to make them fit on the body.
