Poncho's Blue Rx2 dyno 750rwhp 30psi

After blowing up the modified intake manifold he went back to a stock FD intake manifold and made around 750rwhp at 30psi. Not bad for a first time tuning with alcohol. Poncho is heading down to Houston for the IFO this weekend so crossing my fingers

WOW, how much does the car weigh? This may be an indication of how my car is going to perform

Around 2400lb. This is the third run he made with this setup so once everything is set the car is capable of really low 8's to high 7's.

So when is your car going to be done? I can't wait to see your time run.

I can't wait either. The only thing holding me back now is the trans, everything else is good for 1000+ hp. I will be finishing up the wiring soon then it's off to Miami for a cleanup on the tune for the new turbo and ECM. When i get it back i still have to get new belts, chassis cert, license ect. I am thinking late May to early June. I would like to have everything sorted out for the pan-ams!

What transmission is Poncho running? Were the passes he made at 30 psi?

BW 80mm and yes Methanol. The tuner(Eric) was shock cause his car made around 920rwhp with custom manifold w/88mm turbo and he ran 7.5. So who said stock fd manifold suck?

Also Nelson's rx3 made little over 900rwhp at 45psi with a BW 75mm turbo
