Question TRE Performance??

I'm putting this in general tech hoping to get more veiws/input since it is on the company/part and not a RX7 model. I've done a search for them and found a few listed on cars but could not find any input on manufacturing/reliablility. I do not like buying cheap, but right now I really don't have much of a choice! I need a fuel pump on my 91 Convertible (N/A of course..) and do not have much to spend right now (unemployed!). I do not want a 255 LPH pump, just a factory replacement and these guys are the cheapest I've found so far. I've found others, but have read some negative feedback on them. I know, you get what you paid for! True. The tank is rusted pretty bad and I don't know how much I can get cleaned out without taking it and having it done. More money I do not have right now. I plan on doing a complete TII convertion next year (job???). So, for $60, I'll be happy if it lasts a year. Hell, the rust may kill it prematurely anyway. Another reason I do not want to buy a $200 unit. Sorry about the noval! OK, let me have it.

Thanks ZAN. That's what I wanted to hear! My tank cleaned up nicely. Going to hit it again tomarrow before I install everything back into the car. I'll let yous know how it's working. I'm just going to have to save the update email to do it! Thanks to whomever moved the thread, but now I can't find the damn thing! I feel like a talking monkey! Oh well, I'll post something later if I still can't find it. Thanks again, C'ya
