Thunder Fabrications

Has anyone else bought a downpipe from Thunder Fabrications? I ordered a downpipe from them on Oct 16th and haven't heard a word from them.... I have tried calling the number posted as well as several e-mails.

I was just wondering if anyone(else) has had any bad experiences from this company.
