My car doesn’t have the steering wheel tilt lever available. It it possible to have the steering column modified to give it the tilt ability?

 

I'm assuming you are referring to an FD. I attempted to lower my column permanently by using stainless steel bushings in between the column mounting point and the column. The column wiring has enough slack to allow this but, with the added space in between left too much room for the wiring to be seen through the gap between the clam shell and the gauge hood so, I opted to leave it unmodified.
