Well, I really can't believe it's come to this:
I placed an order with RHDJapan on 12/09. Today is 1/08, to date I've heard absolutely nothing about my order. No communication status or response to my emails. I'm filing a dispute with Paypal right now. I really hate doing this kind of stuff but I guess I have to in this case.
I placed an order back in November with them and it went super smooth! Stuff showed up and was exactly as it was supposed to be! I don't get it.
I'm betting that most people on here have had good experiences with them but I must report this one as bad.

What did you order? Was it something that they have instock, or was it on backorder?

I have already been refunded. I'm not sure why this turned out this way but no sooner had a opened a dispute I had my money back so this matter is resolved.

Just for the record he ordered corner seals and springs and side seals. There was no mention of any of it being backordered. No mention of anything at all after the automatic email stating the order was "approved and processing"
Communication was poor.
A refund still doesn't explain why the hell they can't simply reply with the status of the order. I'm certain a simple "we haven't forgotten about you" or "Our apologies, the situation is blah blah" would have restored confidence.
Silence is obviously a horrible business practice.

I just received about $1000 USD worth of stuff from FEED in Japan through RHDJapan and it only took a week with great communication from them. This stuff wasn't even listed on their site and was special order. Don't know why it happened that way with you.
