I've ordered so much from Ray, he doesn't even need to ask me for my last name or card number. He never takes more than 1-2 days to get the parts to me. Never had a screw up...I wish other shops can learn from his business model. He knows these cars so well, he can even help you diagnose your problem.

 

I just ordered a few minor gaskets and parts to test him out...I have to say that Im impressed. Ordered it Tuesday, parts on my door by Friday...and Im on the other side of the country! Its a beautiful thing. Ray got another new customer for sure.

 

I had malloy work on my car. Ive ordered from them in the past. They are everything theyre cracked up to be. I dont know what else to say.

ima go ahead and tack right on that the guy is superfast, and wise in the ways, I described for him a part via email no pic, that all local dealers and auto parts stores could NOT figure out with the part and a pic, and THE MAN RAY CROWE shot me an email back so quik with great pricing and exactly what I needed!!!!!

 

Got a saying here in Hawaii, "if you don't know Ray Crowe, then you don't know your FD". Great guy and best service around, I went to a Mazda dealer for parts once and never came back after getting parts from Ray.

Also ordered a rebuilt 13b engine from him that is still running fine. Too bad other service related business don't follow his methods.

 

Ray hooked me up on my reman engine through 'Rotary Extreme' when they were still in business, and made sure I got the highest quality motor before shipping it out. He is without a doubt awesome!

 

Just got my shipment of March Madness parts, I love new parts they look so nice. Ray came through as usual got it to me in one and a half days. Oh Noltecs aren't from Ray just came at the same time lol.

 

I'd like to say that Ray took care of me. I needed a coolant overflow tank, and just like that, it appeared on my porch. Thank you Ray!
