Shine still in business?

I want to get the 99spec front undertray from Shine, but I've been trying to call them and send them emails but no one picking up or replying mails.

Any ideas?

I just ordered a belly pan from them a few weeks ago. I placed an order on their site and got it a week later.

I am going to assume that they are still in business since they have an announcement on top of their webpage stating that they will be closed on certain days at the end of the this month and some next month.

For items that are available through the website, please order them through the website. I process orders before reading emails. There are backorders for some stuff, so if time frame is of concern for you, please get me on the phone first before placing an order. There are simply too many emails coming in to be able to get to everyone's enquiry in a timely manner.

We ship out on average $2-3k worth of goods every working day. Our production staff is on a 12 hour shift on Monday through Friday. We're full on and definitely still in business. If it took long to get your items, then it was simply because the item was on backorder. We only have 1 mold for each part and the production time for each part made correctly is 1-2 weeks depending on complexity. We're definitely not sitting on our butts. There are backorders. That's just part of the business.
