I had the pleasure of meeting Ken @ his location one saturday not too long ago and I mean "what a pleasure".

Ken took time out of his busy weekend and gave me a tour of the facility.
He Also was very helpful in answering and shared with me his thoughts and ideas on how he produces his product line.

Seldom do you run into a manufactuer who is willing to take his time in not only answer but, also listen to what i had to say regarding his products.

As a business owner myself i know how it feel when the company is going through changes and the growing pains of expansion can have on daily operation.

I feel you though, the economies really gone to ****, I had my wages
re-adjusted and hours cut do to our lack of business. It's really hard
all the way around right now. It'll get better though, it's just a waiting
game.

This is in combination to emails, phone calls, and pms from other forums as well. Im getting to these as fast as I can. Sometimes I get the same person emailing, calling, and pming so the numbers add up. Whatever it takes to reach me, its all good.
