^ You mean R-Magic don’t you?
Check out their testimonials section….
Would not buy from them even if I wanted that kit, besides replicas of that kit a readily available at more reputable shops or R-magic them self if you so desire.

I actually personally think the Mariah kit is the stone nuts. I dont care for the RE kit flares are weird, fender holes, rear piping across tail lights, all stuff that can and will break and cause paint problems IMO. I would spend 2k on the Mariah kit if Shine made it. Ken ?

wow you guys have absolutely no taste at all. this kit is puke period. If you want to go wide, get some wide rear and front fiberglass fenders, wide wheels and shut up. You dont need all those lame grills and wack aero lines, keep it simple and it looks great.
I noticed someone said the FD wide veilside kit was nice too? that looks like crap too. IMO changing original lines and ligth conversions is effin wack. You want a Ferrari? dont try and turn your FC into one.
Boom...
just tryin to shine some light on terrible opinions
its funny, this is I think my first post on here! bye!

The Rx-Heven Kit is available. It may not have huge strecthed out side skirts and extra weight added to the doors to make them bulge out as well but really why do you want that? All that does is add weight and increase drag(non functional door duct).
Bingo!
2nd hottest after Mariah huh?
The reason why you see FDs with the Veilside kit is because the Veilside kit is actually in production and much more easily obtainable than this FC kit was when it was in production. Nowadays you can order a Veilside kit online with the click of a few buttons... Back when RE-Amemiya was making this kit they may not have even had a website!! Also the FD is a more current car with a more lively aftermarket than the FC. Take a look around, the support for the FC has been dropping off for quite a while now. Some of you guys say the FD guys have money.. The FD isn't really an expensive car. They can be had pretty damn cheap nowadays. If any of you guys think that FD owners are rich because they have an FD and you have an FC you have no business thinking about a widebody kit for your FC.
The serious enthusiasts with the $ will know better than to bother trying to get replicas made of an otherwise nearly impossible to find item. Instead they will go through importers with people overseas in those markets and try to seek out the kits themselves for their own use. That's what I have had to do for some of my parts.
Those are the bitch fenders. I recently saw a "look at my widebody" thread and when I opened it I said to myself "wheres the widebody" and sure enough it was those lame 20-30mm flares. GO BIG OR GO HOME!
In reality this won't put **** into Ken's pockets. The amount of work for them to replicate this kit and fix some of the flaws & gripes that some of the interested parties have pointed out is not worthwhile. Especially when considering the amount of FC owners that would actually buy this and spend a large chunk of money at a competent body shop, which will cost well over 2x what you will pay for the kit from shineauto itself, to actually getting it installed and fitted correctly with a decent paint job and the wheels to fit it. Yes, I know there are some FC owners out there willing to go that distance. But there are just too few of us to make it worthwhile to shineauto. Not to mention how long it may take them to actually find a complete kit.
Heres my take on the kit: RE-Amemiya tried too hard and in the wrong areas.
The front fender gills locations are totally retarded. If they were put there to vent the air scooped in by the fenders I don't really see how the gills would help at all considering the air would have to travel forward in the wheel well to be vented.. Now if they are somehow to be used to vent engine bay air via some sort of ducting I could understand but I'm not quite sure how ducting that would turn out. A vent in the rear of the fenders would be the most logical area to try to vent the air being trapped ASAP.
Huge gaudy and possibly USELESS duct added to the doors(possibly adding drag and definitely adding weight). I say possibly useless since I have not see a pic of those cars with the doors open to expose the door jams there to see if that duct actually goes anywhere. I'm just going to assume it doesn't until shown otherwise. Where would it go anyway? Maybe a brake duct but theres really not much room to work with in that area. Then theres the rear fenders, wtf is that grill **** at the ends of the tail lights on the silver car? Its another fake vent! Look closely there is no opening there, the dark area is actually the end edges of the tail lights. The Blue car might be the only one with actual venting in that area, the red car looks like its filled in.
Another thing I find very half assed about this kit is the semi delete of the body moldings. If your gonna delete the door molding you gotta delete it everywhere else. Instead they kept the molding on the bumpers and front of the front fenders and the rear section of the rear fender of the silver car.
Sorry for kinda on your thread.

I believe he nailed this one. This kit is impossible to find. It's from a different era.

This kit is fail, too many slit look holes everywhere so 80's, what is this a Delorean, no its an Rx-7, if any widebody kit should ever get made its the Mariah kit PERIOD, it is THE only kit that does not Ghetto fabulous out the car.

Ken, dont you have connections in Japan who can get you the hook up? I mean, you came out with hot and rare lips and some other discontinued (used) aero parts.... Maybe you could get some help from forum members from Japan OR other RX7club Vendors like.... RAMY!! from FDNewbie Imports, he gets alot of rare and hard to find JDM parts, OEM parts and stuff... Like I said before, its ONLY a suggestion and I know it will depend on the interest which is low, but those people who are talking garbage, why dont you stick your tongue up where you like it? This is a thread for people WHO ARE INTERESTED, IF YOUR NOT INTERESTED THEN GTFO. its plain and simple.
In my opinion I like this Widebody kit, not digging the front fender gills... but I like this bodykit mostly because of the rear fenders:
Note the rear bumper, its wide and it goes with the rear fenders width, definition of WIDEBODY... not wide "bitch" fenders like mostly are familiar with. Just take a look at the fenders of the Red FC, where do you see a De Lorean??? U need to get back from the future or where ever your head is at lol If you wanna go BIG and make your fenders Phat , overexagerated and make it look like a Porsche 911 then just do what Juiceh did, he should of bought a Porsche with all the money he spent on them goodies n bodywork makin his wide "BITCH" fenders ridiculously wider, I respect all the time and dedication he put on his 7... but if you goin to put 315/30ZR18 in the rear which is crazy, he should of do some custom work at the bumpers and doors to make it all even and not disproportioned... but whatever floats his boat, I dont care.
I always been against deleting body molding, I would keep the fender molding that goes from the wheels to the rear bumper. Im ok with the door "duct" knowing that is not for performance purposes, is just style, quit acting like a little bitch and shut it, if you dont like the stylish duct then cover it, whats the big deal? You should know how Japs are all crazy and stylish, with them crazy offset-tire-stretching setups n stuff.... these pics below shows rear fenders without the door duct:
My Dad has a Mariah Bodykit (not wide) on his 10th AE FC in Panama, and their fitting is perfect, I think there is no need for Shine to make it... unless you want it in flexible material or Carbon Fiber... which would be nice. Mariah Bodykits have been there forever, before all these new brands we all know today. Their Aero parts have been tested in Air tunnels and their kits have been on legendary race cars from back in the days... so whoever says Mariah Kits are ugly or disagree they are the best, well then they dont know much about Rotaries history and prob got into it the other day. Mariah Motorsports FTW. PERIOD
